Team Members,
I would like to start by saying thank you to everyone for stepping up covering extra shifts
while we are currently short on staff. Anyone who is looking for more hours I highly suggest picking up some of the available shifts on the white board in the office. If it wasn’t for you guys our company wouldn’t be where it is today. Our employees do not just do their job, but they go over and beyond what is asked of them, and because of that is why we are now in the top 10 rankings for best companies.

Our monthly meetings and team dinners seem to be very helpful. I am happy that you
guys feel comfortable enough to express concerns and problems within the company. Your feedback is helpful in continuing to make this company rise. Our sales are higher than they were in the past 3 months and we haven’t had a negative review for some time. With that said we will begin looking to promote within the company in these next few months and due to popular demand we will begin casual Fridays starting October 4th , 2019.

Again I want to say thank you to everyone who has put in extra time and to everyone who is consistently showing up to our meetings. You guys are a great team and hope it continues we can only get better from here.

Dear Mr. Wayne

I am writing to you today to inform you of an equipment issue with our Stone Grinder that was recently noticed at the Fairbanks Ski & Snowboard Shop. Unfortunately, our Stone Grinder has failed and after inspection, we are unable to perform any form of stone grinding on ski and snowboard equipment. Safety and quality is our main priority here at Fairbanks Ski & Snowboard Shop, so we have sent our Stone Grinder back to the manufacturer to be repaired so our customers can get back to skiing and snowboarding.

We care about customer satisfaction here at Fairbanks Ski & Snowboard Shop. The reason we are writing to you today, Mr. Wayne, is in regards to this situation revolving around your skis that were sent to us to tune up for the upcoming season.

Please contact us via Phone: (907) 888-1234 or e-mail: FairbanksSki@gmail.com to reschedule an appointment for your equipment tune up. We are sorry for the inconvenience and are willing to completely refund you while giving you a free tune of your choice, here at Fairbanks Ski & Snowboard Shop. We hope you understand and look forward to hopefully seeing you soon! Our members at the shop will be giving you a follow up call to answer any questions that you may have.

Sincerely,

John Doe

Dear Mr. Wayne,

It’s been a great year at Fairbanks Printing due to wonderful clients like yourself. We are grateful to have such amazing supporters but realize that not everyone is as lucky. In the spirit of spreading that support, we are hosting a fundraiser for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) on Friday, September 20th.

The National Alliance on Mental Illness is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. They rely on gifts and contributions to continue conducting their important work. This work includes education, advocation, listening, and leading.

NAMI’s education programs ensure that hundreds of thousands of families, individuals, and educators get the support and information that they need. NAMI has a toll-free help line to provide information and support to hundreds of thousands each year. They advocate to shape national public policy for people with mental illness, as well as their families. NAMI leads by organizing public awareness events and activities. These events aim to fight stigma and encourage understanding of mental illness.

The event will last from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, with lunch and entertainment provided. There will also be door prizes raffled off, including a 55’ Samsung TV. Tickets are available for $15 in advance, or $20 at the door. The proceeds will be going entirely to NAMI. If you have any questions or wish to purchase tickets in advance, please contact us at (907) 888-1234 or fairbanksprinting@gmail.com.

We hope that you will join us in supporting this wonderful cause!

Sincerely,

Joe Smith
